Develop forward-looking strategies for platform competitiveness and technology insertion.
Ensure engine and rig test plans support technology maturation and risk mitigation.
Drive validation and verification activities for full engine systems.
Manage interfaces between design, systems, and execution teams.
Contribute to strategy and policy development within your area of responsibility.
Mentor junior engineers and serve as a resource for best practices and quality standards.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Have a strong background in aerothermal systems, engine architecture, or systems integration.
Are skilled at translating technical requirements into actionable design strategies.
Excel in cross-disciplinary collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Are proactive in identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
Enjoy mentoring others and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Are excited by the opportunity to work on technologies that define the future of flight.
