The role you'll contribute:

Manages telecommunication operations.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Develops and maintains 24-hour staffing patterns to ensure continuous telecommunication operations.

+ Oversees equipment repairs and manages all staff operations to maintain system functionality.

+ Handles service requests and manages telecommunications equipment to meet organizational needs.

+ Manages the annual budget and monitors financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility.

+ Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.

+ Oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll to ensure efficient staffing and operations.

+ Manages quality assurance and improvement initiatives for the department.

+ Communicates system changes and upgrades within the department and across the organization.

+ Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

+ Provides training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.

+ Collaborates with other departments to address communication needs and improve services.

+ Monitors system performance and implements improvements to enhance efficiency.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

+ High School Grad or Equivalent Required

+ Associate Preferred

+ 3 Work Experience Required
