    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Millwrights** for projects located in and around **Maryville, TN.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems.

    + Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

    + Operate hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and precision measuring instruments.

    + Dismantle machinery for repair or transport, then reassemble to specifications.

    + Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

    + Collaborate with other trades (welders, electricians, pipefitters, etc.) on projects.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a Millwright at the journeyman level.

    + Proficiency with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, laser alignment, etc.).

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

    + Welding and fabrication experience is a strong asset.

    + Must be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and adapt to various environments.

    Requirements

    + Minimum 3 years of industrial or mechanical millwright experience

    + Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    + Must have own basic hand tools (additional tools may be project-specific)

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed

    + Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
