    What will you be doing?

     

    As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work side by side with our Human Resources and Operations teams ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Managing end-to-end onboarding process, making sure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

    + Aligning new employees with their managers, facilitating clear communication of involvement procedures to all involved parties.

    + Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to confirm all required documents are collected, filed, and adhering to organizational standards.

    + Assisting in creating and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers.

    + Assisting in the development and implementation of HR onboarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

    + Perform other HR related job duties as assigned.

    Required Skills:

    • Associate degree in Human Resources/Communication/Business Administration or related field required

    • Strong Customer Service Skills required

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

    • Ability to multitask and remain organized

    • Ability to work independently
