Meta FinTech Compliance is seeking a KYC Process Automation Manager to lead the identification, analysis, and optimization of operational processes for Know Your Customer (KYC) review. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative automation solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, with a focus on reducing manual review workload, improving decision consistency, and driving operational excellence.As a member of the team you will play a pivotal role in transforming KYC operations at scale. Your expertise will directly enable Meta to scale with rapid business growth, drive operational excellence, and set new industry standards for compliance. Required Skills:
KYC Process Automation Manager Responsibilities:
1. Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and improvement
2. Design, develop, and implement AI/LLM-based solutions to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, legal, and product—to define project requirements, deploy AI solutions, and manage change
4. Monitor and troubleshoot automation performance, ensuring accuracy and compliance
5. Train and support team members on new automation tools, workflows, and best practices to maximize adoption and impact
6. Ensure the ethical use of AI, including data privacy compliance and bias mitigation
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies to introduce new methodologies and tools
Minimum Qualifications:

8. 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operational excellence, with a focus on AI/ML applications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
10. Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their application to agentic systems
11. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies
12. Experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast-paced environments
13. Experience contributing to team-level goal setting and strategy development

14. Demonstrated track record of delivering impact through data-driven analysis, both directly and by influencing cross-functional partners
15. Project management experience and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
16. Experience solving complex problems by evaluating alternative solutions, assessing tradeoffs, and integrating different perspectives to determine the best approach
17. Experience manipulating and analyzing complex, large-scale, high-dimensional data from multiple sources
18. Experience with training and inference of large-scale AI models, including LLMs, multimodal models, and reasoning models
19. Experience conducting research in generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
20. Experience in change management and leading organizational transformation
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
