    Pay Range: $26.40-$34.31*

    Position Summary:

    The Human Resources Generalist supports a variety of HR functions and serves as a resource to managers and staff on HR-related matters. In a healthcare setting, the HR Generalist ensures compliance with healthcare-specific regulations while fostering a positive employee experience. This role provides operational support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

    + Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination when needed at the site level.

    + Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensure, and other regulatory requirements.

    + Maintain employee records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards (e.g., DNV, HIPAA).

    + Support benefits administration, annual open enrollment, and employee inquiries in coordination with the Benefits team.

    + Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, healthcare accreditation, and organizational policies.

    + Assist with the maintenance and keeping the HRIS up to date

    + Maintain the job descriptions and keep them up-to-date as changes occur.

    + Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support employee engagement, diversity, and workforce development.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

    Experience:

    + 2–4 years of generalist-level HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.

    + Familiarity with employment laws and healthcare HR compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, DNV).

    Skills:

    + Strong knowledge of HR best practices, state and federal employment laws, and healthcare compliance.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

    + Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Lawson, Kronos, etc.).
