YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for building on-boarding and continuing education plans and delivering content that ensures the Customer Service organization can maintain best in class service and processes while experiencing ever changing business environment, employee base and contractor support. Additionally, you will be accountable for identifying and standardizing best practices, uncovering improvement opportunities, strengthening processes, and partnering across stakeholders to drive improvements in the customer experience.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Organizational Readiness Manager, are to:
+ Build on-boarding plans, content and checklists for all customer service roles and contractors that ensures business continuity with a fast start to delivering value and caring for the customer;
+ Collaborate with leaders, Customer Service Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Analyst, Supply Excellence and Excellence and Performance Management and Data Services to identify gaps and opportunities for continuing education;
+ Build and deliver content to support continuing education needs across the organization;
+ Partner with leaders on evaluating and measuring employee progress and retention of on boarding and continuing education received to determine where follow-up support is needed;
+ Identify and/or address opportunities for knowledge and process improvement;
+ Ensure best practices are promoted and implemented in support of efficiency and best in class services;
+ Maintain an interface to Supply Chain Excellence, providing continuous feedback on opportunities for system support to better enable Customer Service objectives;
+ Collaborate with leaders to provide training on processes and tools to large vendor partners to ensure capabilities and readiness to support Customer Service efforts as expected.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree;
+ Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills;
+ Ability to inspire and achieve results through others;
+ Key Competencies: customer focus, results orientation, agility, critical thinking, decision making, interpersonal, relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree;
+ 10+ years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Administration, or Manufacturing;
+ Strong domain knowledge in agriculture and Customer Service.
This posting will be available for application until at least 10/7/25.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $117,872.80 to $176,809.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
