Position Summary...

Walmart is looking for a Senior Manager of Risk Intelligence to join the IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center) in support of the GSOC (Global Security Operations Center). This position supports Walmart’s US and International businesses with actionable intelligence to identify and mitigate risks that could impact the safety and security of customers and associates, as well as critical business operations.

This role works to identify and assess available information through the lenses of their experiences, professional training, and Walmart’s risk intelligence framework to deliver timely and relevant assessments. This role will be exclusively afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

What you'll do...

+ **Monitor and Analyze:** Track global and domestic risk events, such as political instability, economic shifts, civil unrest, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes.

+ **Produce compelling written assessments and oral briefings:** Generate clear, concise, and impactful intelligence for key leadership and stakeholders.

+ **Navigate and balance:** Develop customer focused solutions that are tailored to different audiences and leadership levels; assist in the development of risk intelligence frameworks and methodologies, as well as new standard operating procedures.

+ **Adapt quickly and resourcefully:** Manage competing demands and shifting priorities; effectively support others to meet challenges.

+ **Leverage tools & channels:** Collect, evaluate, and synthesize intelligence from open-source, internal, and third-party data sources to create concise and impactful analysis.

+ **Build trusted relationships:** Create and maintain a collaborative environment which thrives on feedback, lessons learned, and exchanges of ideas and experiences; continuously seek input from both internal and external sources.

+ **Operate with excellence** : Set clear expectations and goals for requests and initiatives; anticipate and plan for ongoing improvement in performance, efficiency, and subject matter expertise.

What you'll do...

+ You have previous intelligence experience in either the public or private sector

+ You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills and are able to produce analysis that moves beyond summarizing sources of information

+ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to concisely present information

+ You have proficiency in intelligence and OSINT tools

+ You have a track record of working well with cross-functional teams

+ You understand risk assessment processes and best practices

+ You have expertise on domestic and international geopolitical issues

+ You are comfortable with critical decision making in uncertain situations

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
