    + Execute business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing barriers.

    + Supervise, hire, train, and mentor associates; promote a belonging mindset.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, support an inclusive and ethical workplace, and utilize the Open Door Policy.

    + Evaluate and improve processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    + Partner with senior leaders to drive decision-making and resolve issues.

    + Implement program plans and solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and present performance reports.

    + Analyze KPIs, conduct ROI analyses, and recommend process improvements.

    + Assess program feasibility, develop business cases, and present opportunities to executives.

    + Escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring accountability for program delivery.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

    3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

     

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
