As Program Manager III, you will directly advance our mission by transforming complex financial and healthcare data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and patient outcomes. In this role, you will lead the implementation and management of key research programs, develop systems, support budgeting, mentor staff and serve as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. Unlike many positions, Program Manager III offers a unique combination of advanced analytics, cross-functional exposure and opportunities to influence strategic initiatives. As a core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, you will play a vital role in advancing research at Cleveland Clinic and across the region through strong collaboration and comprehensive program support.
As a core contributor to the Financial Analytics Solutions department, you will play a vital role in advancing analytics at Cleveland Clinic through strong collaboration and comprehensive program support. This position offers opportunities for growth through hands-on analytics work, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting to leadership. You will also receive support through formal training and certifications, as well as mentorship and stretch assignments to develop your skills.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Define and manage programs that connect financial applications and data to operational systems and technologies.
- Align initiatives with enterprise strategies to drive efficiency and performance
- Lead implementation and management of key programs
Data & Technology Integration
- Oversee integration of finance data with operational workflows, enabling advanced reporting and solution development.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and clinical operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve interoperability between financial applications and operational technologies.
Advanced Reporting & Analytics
- Drive development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service reporting tools that facilitate insight generation.
- Support initiatives to increase revenue yield through analytical performance and predictive modeling.
- Confidently present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Workflow Optimization & Solutioning
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and lead technology-driven improvements.
- Facilitate adoption of new tools, solutions, and process enhancements across departments.
- Monitor impact of implemented solutions, ensuring measurable business value.
Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization.
- Translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear business insights.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience OR Master's degree and four years of experience.
+ Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
+ Demonstrated team leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
+ Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree
+ Healthcare setting experience
+ Skills in SQL, data modeling and analytics tools
+ Demonstrated curiosity for analyzing complex healthcare and financial data
+ Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and confidently present insights to leadership

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
+ In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
