About the role
As a CBRE Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a department or manager. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions and senior management.
This is an onsite role Monday-Friday from about 7am-3:30pm in Malta, IL.
What you’ll do
+ Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings. Will support some meetings & events onsite and coordinate catering.
+ Answer and route calls to appropriate personnel or voicemail. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information about the organization. Maintain confidentiality of all calls and information.
+ Issue visitor's passes, validate parking and maintain guest logs.
+ Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms. Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas.
+ Interact with vendors for events and coordinate setup in conference rooms.
+ Write routine reports and correspondence and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
What you’ll need
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Experience with crafting Purchase Orders and
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. PowerPoint and OneNote preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The hourly range is about $24-$25/hr with some potential flexibility depending on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
