As part of our mission to transform the health of our communities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for. From greeting families to verifying insurance and guiding patients through their journey, you’ll be a key part of creating a healing environment rooted in dignity and respect.

What You’ll Do:

+ Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism

+ Accurately collect and verify demographic, clinical, and insurance information

+ Facilitate smooth registration and financial clearance

+ Provide wayfinding and support to patients and visitors

+ Enhance the patient experience through every interaction

What You Bring:

+ A heart for service and a background in customer care

+ Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic systems

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

+ **Full-time | 40 hours/week**

+ Flexible scheduling with some holiday and weekend rotation

Education & Experience:

+ Knowledge of patient access functions, billing, and customer service preferred
