    Job Summary

    The Facilities Clerk is responsible for distributing and delivering packages and interoffice mail efficiently, tracking mail logs, and maintaining inventory levels of office and kitchen supplies. This role involves generating inventory reports, coordinating supply orders with Facilities, and assisting with various projects as needed. Additionally, the Facilities Clerk conducts maintenance checks on company vehicles, manages outgoing mail, and follows a systemized delivery route to optimize package distribution within the company.

    Role Description

    + Distribute and deliver packages and materials efficiently across departments and locations.

    + Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail logs, ensuring timely delivery.

    + Restock and maintain inventory levels of office and pantry supplies companywide.

    + Generate and oversee weekly and bi-weekly inventory reports.

    + Coordinate with Facilities to place supply orders and maintain inventory.

    + Assist Facilities and other departments with various projects as needed, including covering the reception desk when needed.

    + Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and maintain vehicle logs.

    + Report any vehicle issues or concerns to Facilities promptly.

    Skill Level Requirements

    + Proficient in using PCs or laptops to track inventories, reorder supplies, and generate reports. - Basic

    + The ability to manage and optimize the interpersonal relationships between employees and the organization, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively. - Basic

    + Skilled at completing assignments efficiently and meeting deadlines - Basic

    + The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Basic

    Other Requirements

    + Completed High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience in package handling preferred

    + Ability to move or lift up to 70 lbs.

    + Ability to travel up to 10%

     

    The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
