**Residential HVAC Technician** – _Eatonton, GA | Direct Hire | Full-Time_

LSI is seeking a skilled and reliable **Residential HVAC Technician** to join our client’s team. This is a **direct hire position** offering competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:

+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems

+ Perform preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency

+ Replace defective parts and handle refrigerants safely

+ Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally

+ Keep accurate service records and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ **EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) – required**

+ 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean record

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces

+ Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday, on-call rotation, overtime as needed

Pay:

+ $22+ per hour (based on experience)

+ Eatonton, GA 31024
