    Chart Industries is looking for a **Financial Analyst** to deliver business insights for our HTS Cryo division. If you thrive on solving complex problems, influencing strategic decisions, and optimizing financial performance, this is the opportunity for you. This onsite or hybrid role is based in The Woodlands, TX and reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

     

    _What Will You Do?_

     

    + Monitor growth - Route orders for approval, update tracking, and report on monthly progress to goals.

    + Drive business insights – Use data to tell the story, highlight risks, and illuminate performance trends to influence decision-making.

    + Leverage technology - Utilize JD Edwards, OneStream, DAS, Excel, and PowerAutomate to enhance analysis and reporting efficiency.

    + Guide financial planning – support FP&A Manager in the budgeting and forecasting process across orders, revenue, expenses, and capex for multiple companies.

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or other relevant area

    + 0-4 years of FP&A experience with interest in financial modeling, P&L management, and strategic analysis

    + Technical skills in Excel, experience with ERPs and consolidation tools a plus (JD Edwards, OneStream, or DAS)

    + Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to work well on cross-functional teams

    + Highly analytical & naturally curious – You love digging into data to uncover insights and trends that drive business performance.

    + Self-Motivated & Impact-Driven - You take ownership, move fast, and create solutions.
