+ Own roofing projects from start to finish — hitting deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

+ Lead crews and hold them accountable to production and safety standards.

+ Solve problems quickly and make confident decisions to keep jobs moving.

+ Apply proven systems while improving efficiency and enforcing compliance.

• Requirements

+ Fluent in Spanish & English (required)

+ Residential roofing knowledge + leadership experience required

+ Clean driving record​

+ Tech-savvy with scheduling and project management tools

+ Detail-driven, disciplined, and structured in execution
