    The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) org is committed to our vision that bad actors cannot operate in our store while selling partners start and grow their business without fear of disruption, such that customers and selling partners across the globe trust us, and have confidence in the integrity of Amazon’s store.

    As part of TSI org, the Inventory Trust (IT) team is

    responsible for detecting and preventing inventory from bad actors reaching our customers. This team owns programs to stop bad actor inventory from coming into our Fulfillment Centers and also preventing such inventory from reaching our customers. We achieve this by using advanced analytics, ML Modeling, risk mining and working with partner teams, brands and retailers. We are a talented team of risk, program, product, engineering and data analytics experts.

     

    We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead critical initiatives to protect Amazon's fulfillment network from unsuitable inventory, while maximizing impact against organized retail crime networks. This role focuses on building and executing programs to prevent shipment of unsuitable inventory while maintaining positive seller experiences.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Define and own policies for Organized Retail Crime (ORC), external data exchange partnerships and external communication policy with brands/retailers.

     

    - Work with existing data exchange partners to drive improvements in data quality and scale impact of data exchange for bad actor prevention.

     

    - Lead partnerships with stakeholders (Transparency, Brand Registry, CTXR and Public Policy etc.) to onboard new signals for early supply chain risk detection, and drive strong data-driven narratives to show Amazon's commitment and impact on combating organized retail crime.

     

    - Streamline multiple investigation workstreams into a centralized hub for better exchange and visibility of investigation leads (internal and external), information sharing and measurable impact.

     

    - Monitor business health metrics for supply chain risk detection models and partner with Risk Managers and Data Science to drive improvements in precision and recall.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

     

    - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

     

    - Experience in leading risk management initiatives, supply chain fraud, organized retail crime or related fields.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
