    Basic Job Functions:

    Vulcraft Utah is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of 3D Modeler/Joist & Deck Detailerlocated in office at the Brigham City plant. This full-time, entry-level role is responsible forthe project coordination and complete development of the 3D model, approval and placement plans, and bills of material according to project specifications and product requirements utilizing a comprehensive 3D modeling program. Nucor is a Pay for Performance Company with compensation for this role starting @$21.96/hour.

     

    3D Modeling:Develop electronic models of Buildings using advanced drafting software.

     

    Interpret Construction Drawings:Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

     

    Draft Approval Drawings:Prepare detailed drawings required for customer approvals.

     

    Teamwork:Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Teammates and Customers.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Ability to visualize in a 2D/3D environment.

    + High school Diploma or Equivalent.

    + Must be seeking full-time employment. No part-time roles available currently.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience operating drafting or 3D software.

    + Prior experience in Construction industry.
