• ChemKey Operator III – Overnight Shift

**Schedule** (Tues/Wed/Thurs every other Mon) 5:00pm - 5:30am after training

*****Training Schedule** - same days but on 1st shift - 5:00 am - 5:30 pm

**Pay** : _$23–$25 base + $2.00/hr shift differential_

Are you ready to take your manufacturing career to the next level? Join our team in Loveland, CO, as a **ChemKey Operator III** and play a key role in producing high-quality chemical products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ Operate and maintain production equipment to meet daily build signals

+ **Mix chemical solutions and standards with precision**

+ **Perform quality checks and maintain traceability records**

+ Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance

+ **Accurately enter data and complete work order transactions (LOTS, Oracle, ARIBA, etc.)**

+ Support continuous improvement (Kaizen, VES) and suggest process enhancements

+ Handle and dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste safely

+ Collaborate with your team to plan daily work and solve problems

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and visually managed workspace

•** **What You Bring

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work with chemicals

+ Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset

+ Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed

• Bonus Points For:

+ Experience with circuit board or instrument assembly

+ Familiarity with Oracle, ARIBA, Kanban, or DRP systems

+ Previous involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
