What We Offer:

+ **Competitive Pay:** $20-24/hr, based on your experience

+ **Stable Hours:** **Mon-Thurs 2nd Shift hours: 3:45 pm to 2:15 am,**

Your Role:

+ **Operate and Assist:** Help set up and run SMT machines that produce printed circuit boards, an essential component in modern electronics.

+ **Collaborate:** Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals, and communicate any changes or requirements to keep things running smoothly.

+ **Quality Assurance:** Randomly test and measure products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

+ **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ **Stamina:** Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.

+ **Skills:** Comfortable using tools and operating various pieces of equipment.

+ **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to follow instructions and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

+ **Team Player:** Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ **Quality Focus:** A keen eye for detail, ensuring the work you do meets top quality standards.

+ **Bonus:** Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus!

+ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED.

+ **Screening:** Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
