Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Resin Handler to join their team. As a Resin Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Resin Handler

**Location:** Turtle Lake, WI

**Shift:** 2-2-3 schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

What's the Job?

+ Forklift operation

+ Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor and supervise operations within the department.

+ Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team.

+ Perform troubleshooting and assist with corrective actions to resolve issues.

+ Communicate effectively with production and other support departments to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.

+ 2+ years of experience in the Resin department is ideal.

+ Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with others.

+ Professional and tactful communication skills are required.

+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Email, Google Sheets, and other applications.
