Our client, a financial services organization dedicated to community support and member satisfaction, is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to join their team. As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will be part of the Member Services Department supporting customer engagement and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to member service, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Member Engagement Specialist - Hannibal MO

**Pay Range:** $15.85 - $19.82

Shift: M-F 7am - 3:30pm (No nights or wekends)

What's the Job?

+ Assist members with opening new accounts, closing loan requests, and explaining credit union products and services

+ Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments

+ Provide excellent customer service and conduct follow-up calls to members

+ Cross-sell products and educate members on loan options and financial services

+ Maintain accuracy and integrity in all member account transactions and balance reconciliation

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ At least 2 years of experience in credit union or banking environment preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment
