    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a dependable attitude, the ability to work independently or with others, and a willingness to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Worker

    **Pay Range:** $20 - 21.26 per hour

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards

    + Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products

    + Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient workflow

    + Rotate between different operations within the work cell and departments

    + Prepare and maintain work records and communicate process issues when necessary

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work

    + Dependable transportation to and from the site

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

    + Good attitude, adaptability, and ability to follow directions
