    Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Global Investment Reporting department supporting various client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in financial data, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Reporting Analyst

    **Location:** Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid)

    **Job Type:** Contract (Extension Likely)

    **Pay Range:** $32/hr - $35/hr W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support internal teams in reporting efforts, using analytical skills to extract data from the database management system and contribute to the production of deliverables.

    + Collaborate and communicate with senior management, sales teams, and client teams to determine data needs and best practices for reporting.

    + Perform data management in Excel and create visual presentations or materials as needed for internal teams.

    + Modify existing databases and database management systems to support reporting for sales teams or external stakeholders.

    + Test programs, correct errors, and make necessary modifications while adhering to deadlines.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in a business field such as finance, economics, accounting, or related field.

    + 0-2 years of applicable experience in supporting data management or reporting efforts, financial experience is a plus!

    + Strong skills with PowerPoint & Excel (Macros is a plus).

    + Strong written and oral communication skills, along with troubleshooting, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proven ability to manage and meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environments.
