As Senior Manager of Government Contracts, you’ll be at the forefront of managing critical agreements, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across federal, state, and local engagements. This role is fully remote and requires the candidate to have reliable Wi-Fi. A laptop will be provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities

+ Evaluate new business opportunities and provide contractual guidance to cross-functional teams.

+ Lead contract negotiations in coordination with legal and business stakeholders.

+ Draft and review contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

+ Administer government contracts and support internal teams such as sales and program management.

+ Maintain accurate contract records and manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and close-outs.

+ Identify and assess contractual risks, escalating issues as needed.

+ Support compliance monitoring and internal/external audits.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree.

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within a government contracting environment.

+ Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and government-specific requirements.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred:

+ Master’s degree.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.

+ Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedule.

+ Experience working with federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security or Department of Defense.
