Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Newark, New Jersey. This role requires a well-organized individual who excels in customer service, data management, and administrative support to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update project records.

• Manage project timelines by tracking milestones and coordinating schedules.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Organize and maintain files both digitally and physically to ensure easy access to project documents.

• Handle scanning and shipping tasks to support the timely delivery of materials.

• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling.

• Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

• Assist in general administrative tasks to support the team’s overall efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and administrative support roles.

• Proficiency in data entry and management tasks.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate schedules effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with scanning and shipping processes.
