Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Conversational AI Quality Analyst to support the performance and continuous improvement of a next-generation generative AI chatbot. This role focuses on evaluating chatbot interactions to ensure high-quality, empathetic, and accurate responses for users in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

+ Review and analyze chatbot conversations to identify trends, errors, and user frustration points.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface gaps and recommend improvements.

+ Provide actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated responses and overall user experience.

+ Identify patterns in user satisfaction and dissatisfaction using both qualitative and quantitative data.

+ Participate in calibration sessions and audit programs to ensure consistency in quality standards.

+ Become a subject matter expert in evolving products and services.

+ Support additional QA-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

+ 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, customer support, or a related field—preferably in a financial or regulated environment.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate conversations from multiple perspectives.

+ Empathetic and unbiased approach to assessing user experiences.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, charts, filters).

+ Familiarity with CRM and QA platforms is a plus.

+ Experience in a contact center environment is preferred.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
