    Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator Job Description

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This role involves estimating labor and materials for industrial maintenance, piping, equipment, and steel fabrication projects, as well as overseeing installation, project management, and site supervision. You will lead projects through all phases, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Estimate labor and materials for industrial maintenance, piping, equipment, and steel fabrication projects.

    + Manage installation of boilers, chillers, tanks, compressors, structural steel, and specialized systems.

    + Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases.

    + Oversee millwright work, rigging, and custom fabrication for plant systems and infrastructure.

    + Source equipment and hire subcontractors to support project execution.

    + Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans.

    + Maintain daily reports, track job costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.

    + Address and resolve technical and contractual challenges.

    + Ensure customer expectations are met through clear communication and quality delivery.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in estimation for construction and project management.

    + Mechanical cost estimating skills.

    + Proficiency in estimating software.

    + Experience with piping in commercial or industrial settings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Past field experience is advantageous.

    + Project management experience is preferred.

    + Ability to perform take-offs with and without drawings.

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
