Job Description
We are seeking a technical Project Manager to oversee the scoping, vendor collaboration, pricing quotes, and technical reviews for engineering projects. This role involves managing the project from start to finish, ensuring vendors adhere to the execution schedule for smaller, less complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for finalizing project solutions with vendors, based on initial project selection and scope details provided by upstream teams.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and participate in calls focused on risk mitigation, project timelines, and go-live coordination.
+ Identify and provide strategic solutions for severely at-risk projects.
+ Ensure critical updates are accurately entered into the database as needed.
+ Work to remove barriers and obstacles that hinder project progress or collaboration.
Essential Skills
+ Project management experience.
+ Vendor management experience.
+ Understanding of automated facility and installations.
+ 2-5 years of experience in materials handling and conveyor systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical knowledge of automated facilities and the ability to translate project requirements to vendors.
Work Environment
The position is primarily remote, with a travel expectation of 60-70%, requiring travel three weeks out of the month. The work involves managing less complex installations. The role offers a 40-hour work week, with additional compensation for travel time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
