Now Hiring: Laboratory Technician
About the Role
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team perfect for recent college graduates looking to gain hands-on lab experience in a professional research environment.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting nutritional research and pet healthcare by conducting clinical laboratory procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
**Location:** Saint Louis, MO
**Pay Rate** : $24-$26.60/hr. (based on experience)
Monday – Friday, Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Perform clinical and biological assays (blood, urinalysis, fecal, etc.) to support research and pet health
Schedule and execute laboratory procedures according to established protocols
Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment (including glassware cleaning)
Accurately log data, requests, and results
Communicate findings through technical documentation and reports
Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Education: BS/BA in Biology or related field (recommended)
Experience: 2–5 years of related lab experience preferred (open to new grads eager to learn!)
Skills: Strong teamwork, communication, organization, math, and writing abilities
Computer literacy (Excel knowledge a plus; advanced Excel & instrument software experience a bonus)
Ability to follow GLP and lab safety standards
Schedule & Details
Training Period: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2–4 weeks)
After Training: Flexible start as early as 7:00 AM
Dress Code: Business casual (PPE provided)
Assignment Length: 6 months

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.60 per hour
