Adecco is hiring immediately for a second shift **Material Handler** in Temecula, CA. The **Material Handler** is responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials, including preforms, corrugated material, and other supplies, are consistently available to meet production needs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the production flow and ensuring all food safety standards and procedures are followed, while supporting the operations of the blow molding process in a safe and efficient manner.
Schedule: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Pay rate: $19.00 – 21.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
• Start and stop machines as required
• Start and stop preform machine
• Unjam preforms when necessary
• Ensure hopper does not run out of preform
• Replenish preforms and corrugated material
• Remove used corrugated material
• Move preforms from Kanban to the blow molding line
• Add finished goods (FG) to drop zone
• Add new pallets to the work area
• Remove scrap Gaylord when it is full
• Remove corrugated Gaylords when the pallet reaches ~25
• Strap and wrap pallets based on pack out specifications
• Remove pallets from workstations
• Add layers to pallets and replenish as needed
• Follow quality standards for product and packaging
• Ensure proper operation of machines in line with company policies
• Clean dumper before use
• Clean scrap area and clear any debris
• Interpret work orders accurately
• Follow instructions from lead packer, supervisor, and manager
• Communicate effectively when leaving workstations
• Walk through assigned lines at the beginning of each shift
• Be flexible in responding to operational needs
• Ability to make boxes as needed
• Remove all items during changeovers
• Safely operate pallet jack and electric pallet jack
• Complete checklist for electric pallet jack prior to use
• Crosstrain in other areas as required
• Perform physical checks on preforms and compare with new Gaylords
• Document and promptly report all safety hazards, incidents, or concerns to the
• appropriate supervisor or department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies, maintaining a safe and clean work
• environment always.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
+ Forklift and EPJ operating experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly/occasionally and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, or reach overhead as needed.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to operate tools, equipment, or machinery.
• Visual acuity to read, operate equipment, or monitor surroundings.
• Hearing ability to understand instructions and respond to safety signals in a noisy
• environment.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and outdoor/indoor
• environments.
• Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
• Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods,
• including masks, gloves, or safety glasses.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including [e.g., typing, or operating tools].

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
