Overview
Lead the internal and external reporting functions for a financial services company. Manage investor accounting, generate client reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee a team while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
+ Process and reconcile client payments and accounts
+ Monitor cash flows and resolve discrepancies
+ Manage loan portfolio transitions and related billing
+ Ensure compliance with investor guidelines
Reporting & Compliance
+ Prepare reports for regulatory bodies and government agencies
+ Manage year-end processes and tax documentation
+ Track performance metrics and service agreements
+ Submit required regulatory filings on time
Team Leadership
+ Supervise direct reports and manage department resources
+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
+ Set departmental goals and monitor achievement
+ Foster positive team culture and professional development
Process Improvement
+ Maintain and enhance reporting systems
+ Implement automation opportunities
+ Troubleshoot system issues and scheduled processes
+ Collaborate with IT and other departments on improvements
Requirements
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
+ OR 5+ years mortgage servicing experience
+ Previous reporting/analytics experience in financial services
+ Management experience in fast-paced, client-focused environment
Skills & Abilities
+ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
+ Advanced Excel proficiency (SQL, Tableau experience preferred)
+ Excellent project management and communication abilities
+ Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
+ Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
+ Ability to work independently and make critical business decisions

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
