    **Location:** Fayetteville, NC

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join a growing **outpatient pain management and spine/joint care practice** in Fayetteville, NC. You will work alongside physicians and CRNAs in a collaborative environment focused on helping patients restore their quality of life.

     

    This is a **direct hire, full-time position** that offers excellent work-life balance with a **Monday–Friday, 8a–5p schedule (no nights or weekends)** and a supportive, patient-centered team. Flexibility is required to rotate between nearby clinic locations, but schedules are provided weeks/months in advance for planning.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including histories and physical exams

    + Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures (within licensed scope)

    + Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests

    + Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians

    + Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care

    + Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

    + Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

    Qualifications

    + Active **Physician Assistant license** in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain before start)

    + Graduate of an accredited PA program

    + **Current NCCPA certification**

    + National Provider Identifier (NPI)

    + **Current BLS and ACLS certifications**

    + Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills

    + Experience in **pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery** preferred (but not required)

    Compensation & Benefits

    + **Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)**

    + **Bonus potential:** Up to $30,000 annually

    + **Relocation assistance:** Considered case-by-case

    + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + 4 weeks PTO
