Property Manager - Residential Condos and Co-Ops

Are you an experienced Property Manager with full cycle property management of residential condominiums and co-ops with excellent tenant and board relations?

Anna Parson at Robert Half, is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager who thrives in managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgets, and large-scale capital improvements for a portfolio of properties while serving as a trusted partner to boards and stakeholders.

As the Property Manager, you will:

+ Manage all aspects of residential condo and co-op property operations.

+ Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.

+ Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with property needs.

+ Present financial reports and insights to boards, offering strategic recommendations.

+ Build and maintain positive tenant relationships to enhance community satisfaction.

+ Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Proven experience managing residential condominiums and co-op properties.

+ Expertise in repairs, maintenance, and capital project oversight.

+ Strong financial acumen, with experience creating budgets and delivering board presentations.

+ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on tenant relations.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

+ Familiarity with property management software and tools, a plus
