Description

Our client, a trailblazer in the luxury retail space, is seeking a Controller to join their dynamic team and lead all accounting operations. With a curated platform connecting customers to the most sought-after designers and emerging talent, this company is redefining the way people shop for luxury. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll take full ownership of all accounting operations—guiding a talented team, refining processes, and ensuring financial excellence across the board.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Lead Accounting & Accounts Payable teams with confidence and clarity

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and annual audits

• Enhance and streamline accounting operations and internal controls

• Collaborate with department heads and FP& A to ensure accurate, timely financial data

• Manage treasury, debt, and cash operations

• Ensure tax, licensing, and compliance requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a background in retail, wholesale or eCommerce

• CPA required

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• High integrity, detail orientation, and a solution-driven mindset
