Description

We are partnering with a national AmLaw 100 firm to source a Relativity Paralegal to support its litigation practice remotely. This assignment will begin as extended medical leave coverage, with the possibility of transitioning into a longer-term role. Candidates should bring prior experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms and be comfortable supporting attorneys independently on discovery workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage Relativity databases: upload, code, run searches, batch documents, and assist with productions

+ Support attorneys with discovery requests and responses, privilege logs, and document review

+ Organize and summarize records and case data in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial

+ Assist in drafting pleadings and managing electronic filing in state and federal courts

+ Perform cite-checking and case file organization as needed

+ Coordinate with attorneys, litigation support staff, and vendors to meet deadlines

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Undergraduate degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required

+ 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including hands-on Relativity or comparable eDiscovery tools

+ Strong document management and case support background

+ Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

+ Proficiency in Relativity and additional litigation software (Summation Pro, Concordance, iManage, Axcelerate a plus)

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

+ Must be California-based and able to work independently in a remote environment
