    Job Title: Senior Project Manager

     

    Are you ready to take the lead on complex electrical construction projects and drive them to successful completion? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality, safety, and efficiency.

    What You’ll Do

    As a key leader on our team, you’ll oversee all phases of electrical construction projects—from pre-construction planning to final closeout. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Championing jobsite safety and compliance

    + Managing contract administration and project documentation

    + Coordinating site labor, subcontractors, and scheduling

    + Leading budgeting, estimating, and cost control efforts

    + Overseeing quality assurance and production tracking

    + Driving project forecasting, billing, and change order management

    + Ensuring smooth project closeout and client satisfaction

    What You Bring

    + 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction

    + Background in electrical apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, or foreman roles, or a degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering

    + Proven expertise with tools like Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit MEP, and Spectrum software

    + Strong skills in budgeting, estimating, RFI management, and change orders

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
