Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will oversee a range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment processes. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multi-site operations with occasional regional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.

• Coordinate and implement onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

• Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns and grievances, delivering timely and fair resolutions.

• Facilitate the hiring and recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

• Administer leaves of absence and workers’ compensation cases, maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

• Promote workplace safety by implementing and monitoring safety protocols.

• Support terminations and exit processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and handling workplace investigations.

• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including benefits and leave management.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes and recruitment strategies.

• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.

• Understanding of workers’ compensation and workplace safety regulations.

• Ability to travel regionally as needed for multi-site support.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
