    Description

    The Web Analytics Specialist is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting digital performance data to drive business growth. This role will oversee web analytics implementation, reporting, and insights across websites, campaigns, and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in analytics tools with strong business acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and maintain web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager).

    + Implement and validate tracking tags, pixels, and events across websites and digital campaigns.

    + Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.

    + Develop dashboards and regular reports to share insights with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

    + Identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences, improve conversion rates, and enhance user engagement.

    + Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

    + Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

    + Stay current on web analytics trends, tools, and best practices.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.

     

    Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and/or Adobe Analytics.

     

    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display).

     

    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

     

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

     

    Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences.

     

    Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and website architecture a plus.
