Purpose of Position:

Based in Ottawa, KS, you will be providing support for the After Sales and Warranty Teams. You will interface with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and the Manufacturing team.

What are your key responsibilities:

+ Assist Product Support and Warranty team in drafting service bulletins and engineering change requests

+ Participate in Quality review meetings and follow up on assigned actions with each department.

+ Assisting with audits of finished trucks and provide feedback to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.

+ Assist with scanning warranty documentation.

+ Assist with PDI and Warranty registration processes.

What you bring to the role:

Education:

+ Be currently enrolled in college level coursework for Business Administration or related field, preferably at Junior level or higher.

Experience:

+ Previous experience in self-motivation and leadership

+ Preferably some previous work/classroom experience in similar tasks

Skills/Competencies:

+ Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Good written and oral communication skills

+ Comfortable working with cross functional teams

+ Detailed orientated and creative working style
