From taxiways and aprons to drainage and site development, you’ll work on complex, large-scale projects that push the boundaries of design and engineering. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and project managers, contribute to every phase of development, from concept through construction, and grow your career in a supportive, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
•Lead key tasks on aviation projects, including coordination with clients, subconsultants, and agencies
•Develop civil design strategies for airfield improvements, drainage, and landside development
•Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and engineering best practices to produce high-quality deliverables
•Solve complex engineering challenges and manage change with confidence
•Support bidding, contract administration, and construction oversight
•Bring fresh ideas, delegate effectively, and take ownership of your professional growth
•Collaborate with our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teams to maximize innovation and efficiency

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
•5+ years of airfield design experience
•PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
•Strong knowledge of FAA, UFC, ICAO, ACI, ACRP, AAAE regulations and standards
•Experience in both airside and landside design
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
•Self-motivation, proactive mindset, and strong team collaboration skills
