Fee-For-Service (FFS)

Limited Permit: $35 per locked note

LMSW: $40 per locked note

LMHC/LCSW: $50 per locked note

The Charles Evans Center (CEC) is a leading not-for-profit located in Nassau County. CEC assists adults diagnosed with mental illness in reaching the highest level of independence with the freedom to ASPIRE HIGHER in their hopes, dreams and accomplishments. We are currently seeking a few exceptional people who have a passion to create a meaningful impact in the lives of the amazing people we support.

CEC is seeking passionate and skilled Mental Health Professionals to join our outpatient clinic (OASAS). This is a great opportunity for Licensed or Limited Permit professionals who want to be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide psychotherapy services (individual, family, couples, or group) in alignment with assigned caseload.

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes, treatment updates, and service plans.

+ Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other providers.

+ Ensure consistent client engagement by following up on missed appointments via phone and letter.

Requirements:

+ Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

+ Current NYS License or Limited Permit in LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC

+ Strong clinical experience, required

+ Bilingual Spanish, required
