Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Technician at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility specializing in the production of diapers and baby wipes. This role involves assisting machine operators in managing multiple machines, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

+ Assist machine operators in setting up and loading approximately three machines.

+ Monitor computer screens for error codes and alert the operator as needed.

+ Perform lockout/tagout processes for maintenance.

+ Stage materials for loading into machines and conduct regular inspections.

+ Complete general housekeeping duties and document daily tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

+ Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

+ Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, and material handling.

+ Familiarity with production, assembly, packaging, and inspection processes.

Work Environment

Work in a highly automated and well-organized manufacturing environment adhering to GMP standards. The facility offers a cafeteria and requires minimal jewelry, steel-toed boots, and appropriate clothing. Employees must remain on campus during their shifts, which are structured in 12-hour rotations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
