Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of their shift specific areas. Responsibilities include managing HR functions, operational functions, staffing assumptions, regulatory compliance, training and education. The Operations Manager must also oversee all cleaning and care of one or more buildings and adjacent grounds and be able to fill in for any cleaning, janitor housekeeping supervisor title responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree and 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a healthcare environment, or Bachelors degree and one year experience, plus strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills required. *Candidates with an Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a healthcare environment, or a Bachelors degree may be considered as an Operations Manager Trainee, at a commensurate title and salary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of DNV with managerial experience in a unionized environment preferred.
Work Days:
Schedule based on a 40-hour work week. Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
