    REQUIREMENTS

    + 3+ years of restaurant management

    + Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)

    + Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)

    + Stable job history

    + Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory

    + High School or equivalent
