What You’ll Do (And Dominate):

+ Be the face of our service department—own the customer experience from start to finish.

+ Translate customer concerns into clear, actionable service requests.

+ Build trust through transparency, speed, and precision.

+ Drive revenue through smart recommendations and upsells.

+ Keep techs moving, customers informed, and the shop humming.

What You Bring:

+ 3+ years of proven success in a high-volume service lane.

+ Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.

+ Confidence, charisma, and next-level communication skills.

+ Mastery of service software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).

+ A valid driver’s license and a drive to win.
