+ Maintain organized, secure, and clean CIIP storage and work areas; implement and enforce 5S and safety standards.

+ Monitor inventory levels of clothing items and accessories; support replenishment and stock rotation to minimize losses and obsolescence.

+ Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly CIIP turn-in metrics; prepare reports for CIIP supervisor and other stakeholders.

+ Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and chain-of-custody documentation for all returned items.

+ Provide training, guidance, and on-the-job coaching to junior stock clerks and temporary staff.

+ Support periodic audits, inspections, and cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

+ Collaborate with other CIIP sections (e.g., CIIP procurement, issue, and storage) to synchronize turnover and prevent workflow bottlenecks.

+ Maintain compliance with security policies, inventory controls, and safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and incident reporting.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize turn-in throughput, accuracy, and loss prevention.

    Qualifications
