Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:
+ Manage all collection efforts for trade receivables, including contacting customers and field operations.
+ Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve receivable matters and disputes.
+ Support field offices with customer accounts related activities.
+ Provide recommendations on payment plans for customers as needed.
+ Respond to statement inquiries and other questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.
+ Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments by providing outstanding customer service.
+ Perform consolidated account summaries, including data collection from multiple locations and consolidation reporting.
+ Participate in special projects such as audit support and month-end tasks.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of business experience with collections experience preferred.
+ College degree in Finance or Accounting desired.
+ Excellent verbal skills, including negotiation skills.
+ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
+ Affinity for numbers.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Experience with Oracle and Highradius is advantageous.
+ NACM certification is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
