Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace Composites)

We’re looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support both operational and development programs at our Tallassee, Alabama facility. This role is key to delivering zero-defect projects through robust engineering, process innovation, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced aerospace composites environment.

What You'll Do

+ Develop technical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.

+ Provide technical support for production integration and vendor-related issues.

+ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances.

+ Design and implement tooling and production planning from concept through production using standard ME tools.

+ Support product development, quoting, tooling, configuration changes, and first article development.

+ Deliver measurable results aligned with program and value stream goals.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong working relationships.

+ Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and process optimization.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

+ U.S. Person status (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR requirements.
