Job Overview:

We are seeking two enthusiastic and tech-savvy Junior Help Desk Technicians to join our IT support team in Fort Wayne. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals early in their IT careers to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You’ll be providing front-line support for technical issues, assisting users with password resets, troubleshooting, and basic IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.

+ Perform password resets and assist with account access issues.

+ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

+ Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.

+ Assist with knowledge transfer and user education.

+ Support Active Directory tasks (basic exposure preferred).

+ Utilize ITSM tools such as EasyVista for ticketing and tracking.

Required Skills:

+ Basic help desk support experience (school projects, internships, or coursework acceptable).

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Familiarity with password reset procedures and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to document and share technical knowledge effectively.

+ Exposure to Active Directory is a plus.

+ Experience with ITSM tools (EasyVista preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

+ Internship or hands-on experience in a help desk or technical support role.

+ Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative IT environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
